Key Tasks:
Managing transactions and leases, working with real estate assets, and team members to support a wide range of requirements, which may include:
- Collecting, analyzing, and documenting tenants’ and landlords’ requirements;
- Conducting market searches and negotiations with vendors;
- Supporting and renewal of lease agreements;
- Securing necessary Legal, Risk, Finance, and Compliance review and approvals related to transactions and landlord correspondence;
- Monitoring and reviewing lease dates, tenant improvement allowance submissions, and reconciliations;
- Drafting landlord notices, coordinating the legal review, and obtaining signatures for transaction-related documents;
- Addressing ad hoc questions and concerns of key business stakeholders;
- Interface directly with landlords to address maintenance and other issues to resolution.
Will be a plus:
- Degree in finance, real estate, business, or another relevant field;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, OneNote, etc.)
