HR Business Partner
Our Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) help us create an exceptional employee experience for our teams by providing advocacy and business partnerships that grow and retain our talents. They partner with our stakeholders – our employees, leaders, and clients – to find innovations, working processes’ simplification, and problem-solving opportunities.
You will:
Develop a high level of knowledge and understanding of Pharmbills’ business model and the services we offer;
Develop thorough insight into Pharmbills’ culture and organizational structure, and that of our clients;
Evaluate and address the needs of our stakeholders from an HR perspective, remaining mindful of the changing business landscape;
Become an expert in our HR policies, procedures, and CRMs. Build upon existing structures ensuring consistency, compliance, and adherence to HR best practices;
Harness the power of technology to automate transactional HR services so that we all work smarter;
Keep up with industry news and best practices, stay ahead of trends;
Partner with Talent Management to foster collaborative, inclusive, and progressive employee experience;
Actively participate in strategic and planning discussions with Pharmbills’ senior leadership / PR on relevant employee engagement initiatives across multiple locations;
Support the recruitment function according to our expansion strategy;
Provide Problem Solving & Decision Making processes: look for creative solutions to complex problems;
Work in a team: collaborate with our employees, leaders, and clients, establishing effective working relationships and practices across all levels.
You have:
At least 3-year experience as a HRBP / HR Manager / HR Specialist;
Experience in a startup and/or international environment (as an advantage);
University Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology or related field;
Good command of English (upper-intermediate/B2 level). as well as fluency in Ukrainian;
Organizational Skills to establish correct processes/procedures to achieve business objectives;
Attention to detail to work with a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness;
Analytical Skills to build a logical approach to address issues and opportunities;
Stress Tolerance to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment;
Emotional Intelligence to have keen awareness of yourself and others as well as manage conflicts and interpersonal issues effectively;
Tech savvy skills to quickly learn new technologies; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
