As we continue to scale, we’re looking for curious, kind, and motivated HR People Partners (HRPPs) to join our HR team. Our HRPPs deliver dedicated HR support for our employees across multiple business units. As trusted advisors, they act as the first point of contact for our team members when it comes to HR-related matters. They are reliable professionals that also partner with our leaders, offering thought-leadership in executing a variety of people’s initiatives and providing effective solutions to organizational challenges. You will:

Develop a high level of knowledge and understanding of Pharmbills business model and the services we offer.

Develop thorough insight into the culture and organizational structure of Pharmbills and our clients.  

Become an expert in our HR policies, procedures, and CRMs.

Build upon existing structures ensuring consistency, compliance, and adherence to HR best practices and Pharmbills People Strategy.

Develop and implement initiatives that support our team members throughout their lifecycle within Pharmbills: adaptation, onboarding, and trial period; promotions, transfers, and rotations; exit interviews and offboarding.

Support a variety of people initiatives: performance management and performance reviews; conflict management; talent management and development; people relations management; internal mobility; team members retention; talent acquisition; workforce planning; headcount and position management; succession planning.

Prepare Ad hoc reports as directed by the Head of HR and adopt effective reporting to support a decision making process.  

Participate in leading, evaluating and monitoring of training and development programs. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.  

Provide a welcoming environment for communication. Facilitate regular solo meetings.

Guide the development of skills and performance of our team members at all levels, by playing the roles of Coach, Trainer, and Counselor.

You have:

Strong command of English (upper-intermediate/B2 level). Fluency in Ukrainian.  

2+ years of experience as an HR Manager / HR Specialist / HRBP.

Experience in implementing large-scale HR and change initiatives, and completed projects as an advantage.  

Experience in project management as a plus.  

Experience in an international environment, within a complex matrix organization/IT company as an advantage.

University Degree.

Organizational skills: you establish correct processes and procedures to achieve business objectives.

Attention to details: you work with a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness.

Analytical skills: you build a logical approach to address issues and opportunities.

Stress tolerance: you function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Emotional Intelligence: you have a keen awareness of self and others, manage conflict and interpersonal issues effectively.

Tech savvy: ability to quickly learn new technologies, e.g., proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
