You will:

Find and engage talents to join Pharmbills;

Manage the entire recruitment life cycle by sourcing, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing the offer process;

Deliver market data to team members and hire managers;

Proactively improve our recruiting processes and identify opportunities that need refinement.

You have:

1+ years experience in a full-stack Recruiter position;

Strong English skills (upper-intermediate/B2 level), fluency in Ukrainian;

Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (X-Ray, Boolean, etc.), familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter search tools;

Project management skills (as an advantage);

Experience with CRMs and psychometric assessment tools (as an advantage);

Stress Tolerance: functions well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment;

Emotional Intelligence: a keen awareness of yourself and others; ability to manage conflict and interpersonal issues;

Ability to quickly learn new technologies (Tech-savvy); proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
