Head of Lead Generation
Due to continuous growth and development of Pharmbills, we are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Manager, who will set up this function in the company to support our marketing initiatives. This specialist will work closely with our Marketing Manager to optimize sales campaigns, providing analytics and reports, and adjusting our sales initiatives according to the results. The responsibilities will include team management, KPI structuring, and process improvements.
You will:
Sales campaigns leadership and optimization;
Analytics and reports;
Improvement and adjustment of campaigns according to received data;
Open rate and response rate tracking;
Metrics analytics;
ICP analytics;
Measuring engagement of channel effectiveness.
You have:
3+ years of experience as a Head of Lead Generation, SDR or sales manager;
Experience working with various outbound sales channels as a must;
Ability to unlock opportunities, frame a value proposition, and remove obstacles;
Understanding of sales and lead generation principles, methods, practices, and techniques;
Proven successful conversion cases;
Experience in building successful conversion strategies and meeting the KPIs;
Experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Salesforce, Excel, Google Data Studio;
Experience in Reply, Apollo, Woodpecker (or similar);
Advanced English.
